Hi, I’m Ryan
Let me start by sincerely thanking you for checking out Lakes & Avenues Realty; it’s the support of all of you that make this all possible and I couldn’t be working my dream job without your continued support.
Working in real estate has been a dream of mine since I was a teenager; I just perhaps took a roundabout way to get here, but now that I’m here there’s nowhere else I’d rather be.
I worked a long career in the corporate world ranging from billion-dollar contract negotiations to marketing and purchasing, and they’re all incredibly useful skills that I bring with me for every client that I work for using them to fight for you and your hard-earned money to make sure that you not only get your dream house, but that you do it on great financial terms.
I’m originally from the Duluth area, but Minneapolis is home. I live here and I support our local businesses as often as possible. I even started a food and drink blog that’s enabled me to connect with our great community in even more ways! So, if you consider yourself a seasoned foodie or are looking for suggestions, a beer connoisseur or a snack aficionado, or if you’ve got a favorite spot, a hot take, or just want to chat about anything from real estate to food to animals I’d love to hear from you!

Lakes & avenues realty’s mission
When I started Lakes & Avenues it was done with a simple goal in mind - to provide the utmost customer service to everyone regardless of if you’re renting, buying or selling with a key emphasis on giving back to our amazing community. That’s why with every closed transaction I will make a donation in your name to a local charity or organization of your choosing.
But wait, there’s more.
My life has been amazingly blessed by being graced with the world’s best dog and feistiest cat - both of whom came from amazing local animal rescues (pictured below). Through years of volunteering with animal rescues, playing with animals in my freetime, and dressing up as Santa Clause (also pictured to the below), it’s been a huge focus of mine to be an advocate for rescue animals and connecting them with their loving fur-ever families. I mean, what better way to make your new house a home than by adopting a loving animal?
With that being said, I’m delighted to share that if you adopt an animal through our amazing friends at Pet Haven Animal Rescue within 3 months of your closing date I will help cover a portion of your adoption fees! Interested in learning more? Let’s chat!
