As we get your home ready to sell, we’ll go through your home together to identify any potential items to address as we get ready to list, as certain items could have an impact on the sale of your house.
Listing Preparations
The way your home presents to potential buyers has a massive impact on the sale of your home. We will go through your home and make sure that it’s staged correctly to ensure that your wonderful home shines for all to see. Once staging is finished we will also have professional photos taken to showcase your home in all its glory!
Photos & Staging
Proper staging and photos are only part of the equation of getting your home sold. We will want to make sure that your home is marketed appropriately, and we will work together to put together a marketing strategy and plan using multiple avenues to create as much excitement as possible about your home!
The Marketing of Your Home
Your home is listed - now it’s time for buyers to tour and see your incredible home! Showings can happen quickly once your home is available - sometimes even seeing multiple tours within the first couple of days! All it takes from you is responding with a simple yes to a text message to authorize showing requests - nice and easy!

Once an offer (or offers) comes in we will review them fully together so that you know every aspect of it (price is only one facet)! I will use my expertise to negotiate any offers so that you’re happy with the end result and that you get the best deal possible.
Offers and Negotiations
After the acceptance of an offer, along with any applicable inspections and negotiations, we get to the closing day where you review and sign paperwork and exchange the keys! Leading up to this day there are multiple steps, and I’ll be there to guide you through each and every one of them!
