The process can seem daunting at first, so in order to help alleviate any confusion we’ve outlined the general process below for you to review as you get set to purchase your home!

Hire a Trusted Realtor
Now is a great time to make sure that you’re pre-approved (if you’re using a loan) by meeting with a trusted mortgage lender. I’ve got a list of my most trusted partners that I can connect you with if you need recommendations, too!
Get Pre-Approved
We’ll work together to fine tune your search. We’ll figure out what your “must haves”, “nice to haves” and “absolutely nots” are, as well as figure out your ideal location and budget.
Refine Your Search
Using our collaborative list of search parameters, I will use the MLS and my broad network to put together a list of amazing properties to check out. Not available for in-person showings? That’s okay, too! We can use things like video calls or recorded video tours so that you can still check them out - all from the comfort of your couch. This is where the real fun starts!
View & Tour Homes
We’ve found the home. Now it’s time to submit your offer! I will look at all available data points, as well as connecting with the seller’s agent, to help formulate a winning offer. Your wants and needs are important, and I will make sure that your offer is as beneficial as possible to you.
Making The Offer
There are times where it may take some partnership and working with the seller for your offer to win. I will work diligently to protect you and your interests to make sure that your offer is secured and everyone wins.
Negotiate The Terms
Buying your home is a large investment! Let’s make sure that you’re protected by getting your home inspected. During this process your home will go through an thorough inspection that examines things like the structure, safety concerns and the mechanical systems to name a few.
Get A Home Inspection
All of your hard work has led to this moment - closing day! During this process you will review and sign documents. Once everything is finished you get the keys to your new home!
Closing Day
You’ve toured homes. You’ve made, and won, your offer. You’ve got your keys and officially have your home. Now all that’s left is to make your home yours and start making memories! And maybe celebrate a little bit!
